[Stewed pork cutlet, unique to soba restaurants]

This is a hidden popular menu item at our restaurant, served piping hot.The soup stock is made from shaved bonito flakes freshly made in the store.We use fresh eggs from "Kuzuryu", which are laid by chickens raised freely on the local banks of the Sayama River.This is a masterpiece that combines the delicious flavor of the dashi soup stock and the rich taste of the eggs.

[All-you-can-drink courses also available]

We also offer banquet courses with all-you-can-drink options starting from 4,000 yen (tax included).This is a great value and very satisfying course that includes soba noodles, stewed pork cutlet, tempura, as well as the recommended dish of the day and snacks.Please feel free to contact the store regarding the menu.
