Our proud tempura is made with a thin, crispy batter that brings out the flavor of the ingredients and is based on fresh local vegetables from Sayama.We offer a selection of seasonally recommended ingredients, delivered to you with the aroma of freshly fried food.It also goes great with soba noodles and sake.We can also accommodate assorted platters, so please feel free to ask.

This is a hidden popular menu item at our restaurant, served piping hot.The soup stock is made from shaved bonito flakes freshly made in the store.We use fresh eggs from "Kuzuryu", which are laid by chickens raised freely on the local banks of the Sayama River.This is a masterpiece that combines the delicious flavor of the dashi soup stock and the rich taste of the eggs.

[Table seating for leisurely conversation] We have tables that can seat up to around 10 people.Please enjoy our smooth and delicious Sarashina soba noodles and tempura made with seasonal ingredients, along with some sake or shochu.
